Lots of foreplay. I recommand reading soem books by Tommy Leonardie, i read one called "secret to sensual love-making" and i drove my gf pretty horny. She gets really wet. Once you get a hard-on, pop it while shes wet.I think you kind of have to pop the hymen... (theres no gentler way) It would be kinna rough for her at the first hard thrust, but after its popped, you can start going easier on her.

NO INTERCOURSE.  Not at first anyway.  Digitally engage in foreplay very slowly over several sessions stretch the hymen.

Have you tried some good lubricant?  Also, are you doing foreplay on her or just going straight to penetration.  The more tense your girl is, the more tense her vagina will be.

Try by having her take a relaxational
warm bath using her favorite natural essential oil with a candle or two. Then, give her an allover gentle body massage and work up to some foreplay to relax and go slow. Set up some ambiance . Take everything slow and relaxed like. Do not make her feel pressured.

  Good luck

I think that is because she isn't loose enough. Once she starts to relax her vagina will loosen and you should be able to fit in no problem
