Go do some research on sex positions, find a position that puts the girl into a position that maximize her vagina space. Usually when shes flat on her back with her legs stretched out straight, it allows a longer vagina. another option is to enter her in a position that gives you a shorter reach. i would say... check out some porn and see how they do it.... :P

I don't think their is anything you can really do about it. I mean if she can't accept you for your penis and all then you need to find somebody else. If you are too small for her then too bad for her but if you are too big, honestly what can you do about it? chop it off?

If the problem is that it's too long, as it is quite big, take her concerns on board. If it is too big it can be sore. To help this just avoid positions where deep penetration is possible such as doggie or if you are trying these positions ask her to circle the base of your penis with her hand to stop it penetrating so deeply.
