White patchs on the pinus, please help its very Embarrassing

I’ve had small white patches on my pinus balls for about 2 years ago but they were very small back then and now they’re just expanding and spreading, plus during masturbation these patches would turn to light red/pink. I feel no pain or anything but it’s very embarrassing.  All of these patches are located at the “balls area” and some are just above. Is it because of friction or dry masturbation?
Please help and sorry for the explicit language,
Thank you

These patchs just look to increase more and more after masterbation ....
I dont use a lubricant is that the reason why ?
These patchs look pinkish when my pinus is in non-erctile state and white when it is in erctile state
No pain, no  feeling .... just patchs sitting there wait I dont know for what really ! NOTHING IN THE PINUS JUST IN THE BALLS AREA!! is it because its more delicate there ?
BTW I dont have any other patches on my body whatsoever
Is there any natural remedies or cure seeing a doctor seems embarresing I dont want a doctor to see my Balls, I dont want no one to see my balls actually just the opposite sex im engaged to.
Please help
Thank you

possibly stretch marks... try to avoid contact with your "balls area" as much as possible.
If you are curcumsized, then it could be scars... Try using aloe.
