Woman having pain from sex with second man after being used to one?

A young woman who is married but is a sex worker and I began having sex and after we got to know each other a bit she allowed us to have sex without a condom. We both loved it. She let me cum inside of her and afterward she wanted to cuddle. However, the next time we spoke she told me she had pain afterward and was sick. She explained that when a woman's body gets used to a man and then she sleeps with another man it makes her sick and is painful because her body was used to the one man's chemistry. I asked a few other young women and they all confirmed that that's the case. So, my question here is if there's anything that can be done to mitigate that, or if it would go away in time if she continued having unprotected sex with both of us.

That's not factual. Women don't get used to chemistry of one man and get sick when they have sex with another. I'm not sure who you are talking to but there is no science to back that up and it is isn't true. However, she's married. This may be her way of saying she doesn't want sex with you anymore and that's probably the right thing to for her to decide.  She's a sex worker. You may have more feelings for her than she does you and she may actually have feeling with her husband. I'd find someone available and not in a sex trade to have a regular sexual relationship with. This isn't judgement. but you are invested in something that I would guess she's not. She's telling you a fabrication. Women can have sex with someone other than their partner and they don't get sick. So, I'd let her go and find someone you can focus on. good luck

Totally agree here. This is not true.

Also, I'm wondering if she was trying to tell you that she has an infection of some kind and you need to see your doctor.

She's a sex worker. She is used to having sex with more than just one man, and her statement then wouldn't make any sense.

You had unprotected sex with her. You should see your doctor for STD testing.
