I urge you not to give up on yourself, but learn from your mistake(s) and move on.

Thank you for that answer.Maybe you're right that I had a trauma about what happened.Because that night was not planned at all.It was just happened when were so drunk, but even though I'm drunk I know what I'm doing. After what happened I really think that I'm just like other girls out their who's having sex just with anyone else.So a shame  of myself.

Your side effects appear clear enough:  emotional distress, perhaps even to the point of trauma if you cannot avoid obsessing over it.  Perhaps you need to talk with someone about it?  A counseller or doctor perhaps?

If his finger was clean of semen, you'd not risk getting pregnant (which is a major reason why non-sexual intercourse methods of this character may be preferred).

Only a doctor could confirm you still have your hymen intact (I suppose a long enough finger could have broken your hymen), and the hymen being intact is a classic sign of virginity.  Though another definition of virginity is carnal knowledge and on that level you'd not be seen as still a virgin (of sexual experience).
