also it's forbidden in my religion

STOP IT NOW OR YOU WILL CRY EVERY DAY IN YOUR LIFE. it will consume your life and make you hate your self. To stop it:
-watch anime like narute, one piece, bleach to keep you busy instead of watching porn.
-spend more time with your family rather than staying all the time near the pc or the phone.
-if you have data plane or internet service on your phone just cancel it because it is a big waste of time.
-have a strong will to stop it and inshalla you will do
start from now and dont waste your youth in mastrbuating and not to forget that masterbuating will make your body some how UNEVEN so stop it!!!!!!!

3 years ago started watching porn i skiped a lot of my trainings & classes faild on my final test dad took my car mom doesnt want to talk to me and im still watching porn (opend on another tap already) mastrbuate about 5-6 time a day and i go to my room and start crying dont even know why im a muslim too trust me when i teel you dont want to be like me
