please my wife do have irregular monthly cycle of 4 to 5 days variations. i mean that some times she see her menstruation on 1st of a month which will flow normally sometimes for 30 to 34 days before it stops and on this ground we found it hard targeting ovulation period. please advise us. please advise us on her monthly fertile days to help us conceive

Have sex every third day from the time her menstruation ends to the beginning of the next menstruation, if it comes. Sperm lives up to 5 or 6 days in the woman's system, so every third day is enough to cover her no matter when she ovulates.
If her periods sometimes flow for 30-34 days, she should also be on an iron supplement, to prevent anemia, and she should be checked by the doctor to be sure she does not have a fibroid.
