strange line on penis shaft!!!!!!!

hi all this is my last hope!!!! about a year and a half ago i had unprotected oral!!!! about 2 months later i developed a red line on the underside of my penis!!!! it run down from the top of it under the head when the foreskin is pulled back, all the way down to the base!!!the top section is red but the colour fades as it reaches the end!!! the top part is contantly tingling or something!!!!  i when to my GP  and was given canisten cream this did not help, went back and blood and swabs taken for std's all negative, this was at 3 months!!!!!went back few weeks later and was given daktoran cream did not work!!!! at 6 months went to std clinic blood and urine taken!!!! all negative they told me not to get any soap on it!!!try'd that!!!! still there!!!! tried aleo vera, antiseptic cream betnovate mild steriod cream , advanced healing gel!!!!! basicaly everthing!!!! still there!!!! am currently waiting for appointment with a dermatolagest!!!!!! any ideas what is is??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I have been tested twice!  Both time were negative! No discharge or .bleeding   it's just there !both gp and clinic said it didn't look like std! Could it be a friction burn of some sort?

Its the constant tingly sensation that bothers me!  Could it be a form of herpes? Its there 24/7!

I wouldn't worry about a line if all your tests are negative. If you contracted anything from oral then it would have shown up on your tests. If you are not in pain then no need to worry about it.
