only 2 Crab Lice?? Did I get rid of them?

2 weeks ago I had a 'tick' on my lower back. hardly noticeable, it was flat and looked like a healing tiny scab. I removed it. Fast forward to last wednesday, I had another one near my belly button. I took it off and set it on a cotton pad for later viewing in case I had to worry about lymes, etc. when I got home my flat mate was washing everything and he told me to get in the shower and use lice treatment, because it was a 'crab'!!!! needless to say I freaked out, did some thorough headlice treatment (no insecticide, just suffocationy stuff called Paranit). after using the treatment, I shaved off my body hair. my legs, arms back, butt crack etc. I did the Paranit treatment everyday for 4 days (its okay because of the no insecticide thing). I have not seen any evidence of ANYTHING since. I did see bites on my inner thighs between my knee and my groin when I was first flatmate-diagnosed, and saw a total of 3 nits (eggs- 2 white 1 brown) on the side of and behind my knee before I shaved everything, but since then NOTHING. Besides doing the treatment, I have hot washed every article of clothing I have touched or worn even if only for 5 minutes, changing the bed sheets after every sleep, etc. My body is extremely itchy due to me using a disposable razor, dry because I am an idiot and dont know how to shave my body, so I am kind of razor burned, the itchiest being my forearms, but there is about 3 mm of hair growing out of it by now. I have been staring at my body for almost a week now, so unless they are microscopic, I cant see anything (keep in mind-total of 2 crabs, 3 nits with i guess the two white being empty)

Did I do the deed? are they gone or should I keep doing my obsessive ritual? i feel disgusting and humiliated and just want this to be over.
