red itchy pimles
"I have pimples around my penis and they are damn itchy . i started feelingh itchness from 2-3 days....and when i checked i saw red pimples... help me " some cure to this itchness and pimles.

Please post your message in Dermatologist community where you will get right answers. Generally first you try any bacterial ointment. If there is not effect for 3 or 4 days go to dermatologist. If it is after sexual acticity, it may be sexually tranferred disease (STD) then you will post your message in STD forum.
