gonorrhea help
Hi there
I am doing some research on gonorrhea and wanting to know how long the infection takes to leave the genital area in men and become complicated gonorrhea.
My daughter is doing a study in sex ed. on stds and was told to research each one so just wondering more about it
eg. Can the infection clear up without medical intervention , are there stages before it becomes DGI or what ever it is.
so any info would be great right now i been trolling the internet for 2 days like i have STI's :)
so if you could post as much info that would be really helpful

Hi S I don't know what clinic you good in touch with, try an STD/GUM Clinic, this is there field.
Or you could google natural course for gonorrhoea, and google gonorrhoea treatments, and I think you will find that gonorrhoea does hide from tests, sometimes hard to pinpoint, it means the person male or female, becomes a carrier.

already done that they gave us text book answers more looking for experience answers as everything is not always correct from a text book as things are sometimes better from experience as in the real world things are not always text book and what else would i be wanting the answers for here sexual health treatment is free i dont need to delay
If this is really for your daughter then why didnt you just call a medical clinic in your home town?
It sounds like you are already doing what we would do ourselves here. Have you been into the STD forum here? Maybe someone who has had this disease can give you more info. Also, check out the 'Ask a Doctor' forum. Blessings - Blu
it was a whole range of stis but gonorrhea seems to be the one we stuggling with the most..just needing to know the more detailed parts the rest we have covered pretty much

My reaction to your post is that it does not take two days of trolling the Internet to find clear and specific information about gonorrhea, just look at some of the good medical sites like Mayo Clinic or the NIH, and that your daughter should do her own homework. Sorry, but it is not going to do her any good for you to do it.
