I cant sleep normal hours

For the past nine months, Ive noticed that my sleep is getting worse.  I go to bed at 5-9am in the morning and wake up around 6-9 pm at night every day! I hate it itrs ruinned my life seriously,
Im on disability since 2004 now for schizophrenia and 4 herniated disks and 4 bulging disks in my back so I dont work.  I would like to have my normal sleep schedule where I can feel like a normal person.
Currently Im taking oxycodone for my pain and sometimes i get really sick from the withdrawls.  I have tried to fix my sleep but its hard because when I stay up long enough to get the normal hours of sleep I sleep more and more, and when I dont stay up and go to bed at normal hours, my back starts having spasms, I start shacking in bed, and I just cant sleep I toss and turn and get sick it feels like its worse.  Im 26 years old and my friend said,"you might have something" so im worried...
Thx Dr.

Thanks for your help, I will try to stay up and fix the schedule, if not see a Specialist.  I appreciate it.

Your situation is complicated. You also definitely have delayed sleep phase syndrome. One way of handling this is to stay up later and later on a gradual basis. If this doesn't work, see a sleep medicine specialist. Chronic pain issues can also aggravate sleep problems, and sleep problems can make pain worse.
