problem breathing and getting hot

I am 20.The problem is i get hot really quickly, especially in the summer ,i feel like burning.I don't breathe very well through my nose.I did a ct scan to my sinuses and there is no sinus infection ,it reveled a minimum septum deviation and also that nasal turbinates have normal aspect. But i feel i do not breathe very well, and i do not have a cold.I notice that when i breathe my nostrils expand very much to allow more air to pass through them.
Why i can not breathe well and why do i get so hot?

Sorry, I forgot to mention what this is....nasal valve collapse is when your nostrils cave in as you inhale due to various reasons. Some people have naturally flimsy nostrils, and others have weakened nostrils years after rhinoplasty. Either way, if you create a vacuum effect as you breathe in, if you nostrils are weak, they'll collapse inwards.

You may have nasal valve collapse. Breath Rite strips can be found at any drug store. There are also various internal nasal dilator strip that can be ordered over the internet (Nozovent, Breathewitheez, Sinus cones). If this doesn't help (or if you want more permanent relief), then see your local ENT doctor.
