Know of condition that alleviates neck pain when neck is compressed?

I had C-5/C-6 fusion in 2004 which relieved all pain.  Severe pain returned in 2007 and had C-7 also fused in 2009.  This surgery made pain worse, resulting in perm dis w/ soc sec. A neuro surg resident determined cause of pain.  Pain goes away when neck is compressed and returns when it decompresses.  Anyone know what this condition is?

Hi!

I am really sorry for you pain and suffering, I wish I can help!

I have a question if you dont mind helping,

I am 22 and I have a herniated c5c6 indenting the thecal sac, along with c4c5 and c6c7 disc bulges.

Do you hear clicking in your ears when swallowing or moving your head, and get retracted eardrums?

Thank You!
