Well, lots of people do this. It's kind of natural to worry about ourselves. And with the internet, we are exposed to all sorts of information all the time. Our brain is funny how it then kind of creates a pain here or a symptom there when we really start hyper focusing on something. What makes something a 'disorder' is if it impedes our life. If you can't sleep, aren't functioning well, test for something over and over and keep getting negatives but you can't accept the negative result . . . that is greatly going to affect your life. Then it is time to get treated for anxiety. So, where are you at with this? How does this worry translate to your life and how you handle it?
