Divorce is hard on the children as it means a split up in the Family and usually they dont see the one parent as much as they used to, and very often misguidedly feel it was somehow their fault. If the divorce was recent you are bound to feel depressed, but as a new Family pattern emerges you will feel better, keep busy and do not let your thoughts dwell on negatives,I dont know your age, but get doing a lot of sports and outside activities, if you have friends do some good things with them. Concentrate on the good and positive things in your life, write down a list of them.Talk to Mom and Dad tell them how you feel they will help make the transition easier.
