although a runny/stuffy nose may be a sign of pregnancy, you cant really say its common as sometimes i wake up with a runny nose and im not pregnant, i am not saying its not a symptom i just dont understand how it is as everyone has runny/stuffy noses sometimes

5 days is way too early. you're going to have to wait at least 2 weeks to take an hpt.

If it has been 5 days since you had sex then yes it is too early for pregnancy symptoms.

If you had unprotected sex and you do not want to get pregnant then don't do it again. If you did have unprotected sex 5 days ago, then you could be pregnant and you should take a test when your next period is due. ALWAYS use a condom to prevent you from contracting STDs and two methods of contraception are recommended to avoid pregnancy so you may want to look into getting on birth control (as well as using a condom at all times).
