Please help!!

A few days ago, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend where he ejaculated in me. I've been on the birth control pill for four or five months now, and we had unprotected sex on the eve of my next period, which I got the next day. But I'm concerned if I'm pregnant or not? Because you can get pregnant at any time, and there's still a risk of pregnancy while on the pill, right?

I'm sure you're fine. Many women use the pill alone for protection from pregnancy and they never get pregnant. Because its highly effective. And those who get pregnant on the pill are the ones who forget pills and have to double up all the time. That makes it lose effectiveness. As long as you're consistent with taking it, you shouldn't have any problems.

Almost no chance of pregnancy. Usually, but not always,  the pill fails because the woman forgot to take it. I was on the pill for 10 years and used no other form of birth control and never got pregnant. Good luck to you!

The birth control pill I take is Tri-Sprintec (28 day pill) and it has been consistent with my menstrual cycle, but I'm not sure if that means it will be effective on pregnancies as well. I take my pill consistently at the same time, every day. So am I pregnant?! :O
