VERY CONCERNED PLEASE HELP, 17 years old

Im very scared about this issue, I had unprotected sex with my long term boyfriend on the 7th March, it was a one  off, he finished by hand from me. My period was meant to be due on the 16th March which was a week before we had sex. On the 13th-17th March i started getting a very light bleeding more like spotting, light pink and brown spots or a small amount on the toilet paper, this happened on/off during those 4 days. I took a home pregnancy test on the 18th of March and came up negative. My period still hasn't come yet as to this moment, Im really scared and confused. December I was a few days late, January I was a week late, February I was a few days early. PLEASE HELP, what does all these mean? How can a few spotting be an irregular period? it wasnt notinous flow like normal period? I also have been having cramps and feeling nauseuous with a few light headaches. Its stressing and worrying me out because of the late expected period and especially the spotting which totally raised alarm bells in my mind. I havent stopped worrying since day 1 of the spotting which is now one week ago

The pull out method is not a good form of birth control. You could get pregnant this way.
It sounds like you had a period, just an irregular one. This can happen and it does'nt mean you're pregnant.
Wait a few more days and take another test. If it's negative again then you're most likely not pregnant. Not with having some kind of period and a negative test before.
