Kitty, thank you for responding.
I was on Synthroid, but am now on Levoxyl.
I get the numb/tingly/falling asleep arms and hands when my TSH is above a 2.
thank you for your comments and ideas. Always good to hear how things are with other people. Blessings to you......
Peggy
I was having the same symptoms also but it was throughout the day every day. I had been on synthroid for about 3 years and my doctors changed it to Armour 1 1/2 weeks ago. I haven't had any tingling for 3 days now (and feel better too!). I would tell your doctor though if it continues. Hope this helps!
I don't know if it's related but could be coming from your neck. I have arthritis on my neck and my doctor explained it. Simple stretches and exercises that I do, usually work straight away...
as the nerve from your neck to your arm/hand come out of the neck down to the shoulder into your arm, if is compressed could cause tingling and/or pin and needles..
worth to check it..
