Rising antibodies and TRAb!?

Hello everybody,
I am new here. I want to have more info on my thyroid. I was diagnosed of Graves March of 2017. I was 2 months pregnant with my 3rd child. I had healthy level of thyroid before with my 1st and 2nd so it was a blow to me when my TSH level last year shows 4000    IU/ml       0.00                 115.00         H
TRAb       6.2            IU/l       0.00                 1.22                 H
Vit. D3       5.82            ng/ml       35                 80                 L

Visit my endo the following day and was advice to take 10mg Thyrozolle and 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 because I am very deficient. After 5 weeks we run another test and the result were almost no difference so endo higher my dose to 15mg. Another 5 week past and my level were better.

Date: 2018-02-05
Test                Result      Unit       Low Range High Range Standard
Calcium        9.22            mg/dl       8.40                 10.20         N
Phosphorus    4.90            mg/dl       2.70                 4.50                 H
ALT                34            U/l               0                 33                 H
TSH                0.009    µIU/ml       0.270                 4.200         L
FT3                4.46            pg/ml       2.00                 4.40                 H
FT4                1.36            ng/dl       0.90                 1.80                 N
Vit. D3        28.11    ng/ml       35                 80                 L

I continue with 15mg Thyrozolle until Febuary 19. Then I lowered my dose to 10mg after i receive my test showing FT4 falling in the lower range. both FT3 and FT4 level were in normal range but FT4 is in lower range while FT3 is in higher range. But what worries me were my TRAb level that doubled.

Date: 2018-02-19
Test                    Result        Unit            Low Range         High Range            Standard
TSH                    0.008        mU/L    0.38                 5.33                            L
FT3                    4.05        pg/ml    2.5                 4.3                            N
FT4                    0.79        ng/dl            0.65                 1.48                            N
TRAb            12.9        IU/l            0.00                 1.22                    H

From February 19 I continue taking 10mg then i run again blood test Monday this week and the result were:

Date: 2018-03-13
Test                     Result         Unit             Low Range           High Range             Standard
Calcium             9.75         mg/dl     8.40                  10.20                     N
Phosphorus     5.67         mg/dl     2.70                  4.50                     H
ALT                     41         U/l             0                          33                             H
TSH                     0.010         µIU/ml     0.270                  4.200                     L
FT3                     5.31         pg/ml     2.00                  4.40                     H
FT4                     1.16         ng/dl     0.90                  1.80                     N
anti-TPO             710.03         IU/ml     0.00                  5.61                     H
anti-TG             >4000         IU/ml     0.00                  115.00                     H

I don't know why my levels of antibodies are rising together with the TRAb. This is frustrating me. I am worried that my both endo's will push me to take RAI or Thyroidectomy because my thyroid is stubborn. I'm in my 1 year of ATD and I have observed that when i take low dose (like below 15mg -thyrozolle) of ATD my levels of FT4 and FT3 will rise and TSH will drop. If I take higher dose then FT4 will fall in range slowly FT3 will follow but if I continue with high ATD FT4 will drop below normal range while FT3 will stay in normal range TSH level will rise too but very small changes only. The cycle goes. There was never a time that my levels of FT3 and FT4 stays in normal range that long. They always rise or drop every time ATD dose is on high or in low.

It's been only 3 weeks since i started with 10mg Thyrozolle (i take 15mg before) and my FT3 level rise again higher that normal range. I don't see any chance that they'll stay in normal range. I remember my new endo the private one that she'll give me 1 or 2 year with ATD's and if my levels stays the same cycle then she will consider the RAI or thyriodectomey. But I know if i tell them NO they will not force me. I want give my self 10 years of treating my hyper with ATD and not jump to RAI or surgery that fast and later have regrets.

Any input and advice / knowledge etc. on what's happening with my thyroid is appreciated. To add more info about me I am young 24 somewhat active not overweight nor underweight BMI is in the best range.

Thanks.

and i see my 1st paragraph is still messed up. I think its because of the less than sign. so will re write it. my level of tsh when i 1st diagnose with hyper and graves were less than 0.004 TRAb 5.75.

december 1 2017 levels were:
TSH   0.009 µIU/ml 0.270 4.200 L
FT3         6.51       pg/ml      2.00   - 4.40     H
FT4        1.85   ng/dl 0.90 -  1.80     H
anty-TPO 514.77 IU/ml 0.00  -   5.61      H
anty-TG         >4000 IU/ml 0.00   - 115.00       H
TRAb              6.20   IU/l 0.00    - 1.22     H
Vit d3         5.82 ng/ml    L

In addition to the good info from Red_Star, I noted that neither of the two doses of anti-thyroid med worked for you:  hypo with 15 and hyper on 10 mg.  Why not try splitting a pill and taking 12.5 mg?

yeah. with 15mg ATD, 5 to 6 weeks my ft4 will drop below range I am sure of that because it happen already when i was pregnant. FT4 drop with high dose of PTU while FT3 was in range but in the higher part but TSH stays between 0.029 - 0.010. when PTU was lowered FT4 and FT3 rise again. I get the same cycle with Thyrozolle.

Is there possibilities of thyroid burn out in my case based on those rising anti-TPO and TRAb?

i will think about splitting. but i have to meet 1st my endo what she has to say.  thank you.
