Always Nauseous, Needs A Solution :(

Hi! Im 24 years old and I can barely go to the grocery without feeling panic, dizzy and nauseated.. but lately it happens all the time even when I am just sitting on my couch.. The last two months i have been even worse then normal. I am nauseous at all times now, after eating is worse but it happens before then as well. I get headaches but mostly at night, I have some pain in my left leg and hip, gas, and the last few weeks I have had adominal pain, even when my bowel movements are regular. I stopped taking all my meds because it was giving me chest pains, they have stopped but the rest hasnt. I literally feel "not right" at all times and nauseous at all times.. I Passed out about two weeks ago but the doctors did some random blood work (didnt tell me what) and an EKG and blamed it on my shower being too hot.. thing was i had been out of the shower and cooled down for at least 3-5 minutes.. i get dizzy in showers occasionally but never just stop breathing after im out and cooled a bit.
My medical history is as follows:
I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which I only take birth control for.
and I was Diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis but when i took the meds I started having weird chest pains.. So after a month i quit taking the meds.
I am over weight I know that is an issue I am trying to fix (though thats hard when i cant leave my home).. 5ft6 and 300LBS.
My sleep patterns border on Insomnia. I have crazy mood swings that are sometimes severe. I cry almost always.. but it gets worse closer to my period. I feel like I am going completely bonkers. I feel hopeless.. and I just dont want to be sick anymore, I would like to narrow my search down because I cant afford to go to tons of doctors and still not have a fix for my issue... Help? Please? :(

I agree with sillygirl above.  Your symptoms could be anxiety and/or depression.  But first you should talk to your doctor about the thyroid medication.  Improper thyroid hormone levels can produce symptoms similiar to anxiety/depression.  Don't let it go. Perhaps there is a better medication to take.  Many of your symptoms may be the result of your thyroid problem.

Hey,
Thanks for stopping by.  The first part of your post resembled many I have read.  Problems could be organic, but second paragraph indicates you've been seen by a medical doctor and treated for at least one difficulty.

Anxiety can cause almost any part of your body to malfunction.  Starts with the mind.
What we can do here is support your desire to clarify what things may be caused by anxiety.

You sound overwhelmed.  If you could focus on one thing and deal with that it would be a start.  Have you seen a psychiatrist?  Or therapist?  Most of us with agoraphobia need a medicine to control it, then take baby steps to get out and tackle the other issues.  In your case the various health problems.  Who knows?  Maybe most are anxiety related. Staying home and fretting about them is only making you more anxious. I know because I've done that!

It is everyone's wish to see one doctor who can provide the answer to all of our difficulties.  In a perfect world:).
Know from experience that it just doesn't work that way.  Also know that until I faced my condition and saw a psychiatrist and therapist, nothing else in my life  improved.

So...I recommend seeing a professional for the agoraphobia.  Can you find someone near your home?  I have taken a cab when I was not able to drive myself..so where there is a will...as they say.

Best wishes in your journey to a happier life.  Keep posting.  A good group here and in anxiety forum.  You have seen the menu.  There is a group for most all that ails us.
