Am I really this sick?

Dear Dr Lupo,

Is this hypothyroidism secondary and/or Lupus?  I was hospitalized last week after experiencing severe chest/back pain.  I thought I was having a heart attack.  I gave ER Dr & admitting Dr, pituitary tumor history and symptoms.  The week before I had pap, mammogram & blood work done at a local clinic. The clinic doctor told me my prolactin level was very high and that I should see a Rheumatologist.
After 2 days of tests in the hospital, the admitting/discharging Dr told me “my heart was great and my thyroid is perfect”, discontinued all heart medication and told me to continue w/ tylenol and follow up w/ Endo & Rheum Dr’s. (both appointments next month)  I really don’t feel like I can wait that long.
When I picked up my records from the hospital, I was shocked to read how different the cardiologists report and tests results were from the admit/discharge Dr.’s.

I’ll list some of my symptoms/history as well as tests results below:

Diagnosed with pituitary tumor in 1998, took bromocriptine for several months.
Extreme fatigue/weakness
Major mental fog/confusion/memory
Galactorrhea, since 1998. (My daughter was born in 1993 and I never nursed
Menorrhagia & cramping & headaches
Joint & muscle pain, esp in my hands, wrists & elbows
I’m always freezing
Significant weight gain (60+lbs in last 10 yrs)
Extremely dry/itchy skin, also thickening of my skin
Rashes especially on my face
Sun sensitivity (I rash & feel ill)
Visual disturbances
Hearing loss
Low blood pressure (in hospital 76/36, 80/50)
Low body temp 96.7 (although I will sometimes run a low grade fever 99.5)
Sleep apnea & snoring
Tests results
T-3  141  NG/DL
T-4  8.3 UG/DL
TSH  4.02  uI/ml
Left ventricular ejection fraction at 26%
Cholesterol  207  MG/DL
HDL            51  MG/DL
WBC            11.7  K/uL
RBC           4.38    M/uL
ABS GRAN  7.04  K/uL
ABS LYMPH   3.6  K/uL
ABS MONO 0.7  K/uL

Thank you
Dots
