ultrasound report

I'm looking at a copy of my ultrasound report.  It says I have a multinodular gland with at least 2 large nodules within the left lobe.  There is a small solid nodule within the mid substance of the right lobe.  This is seen within the deep portion of the mid lobe.  There is a second minimally complicated lesion identified.  This does not appear to represent a simple cyst.  The isthmus is unremarkable in appearance.

Impression:  Multinodular thyroid gland, with the largest nodule seen on the left.  There is mild hyperemia associated with hypoechoic mixed echogenicity nodules.

Lab work from 9-27...
TSH 1.26
FREE T4 0.66

I'm guessing some of you may have had similar reports at some time?  Can anyone help me with any comments?  I have an appointment with an endo, but not until 11-30!  I met with one of the docs from my PCP office today and she said I am seeing a good endo and I need to meet with her for futher steps.  Now I'm just in limbo waiting until 11-30.

Thanks in advance for any comments.

I knows it hard but wait for your appointment. I went thru 4 or 5 different Dr's. and none of them even touched my neck! I found and Endo on my own. Im now on Synthroid to try and shrink my nodules. I feel better not as cold or tired all the time. I have hashimotos disease. I also studied my test results and it only made me more confused and drove me nuts. I hope you get help cause i took me almost a year to get any were. But a good Endo is the right start. Good luck.

I am no medic... but what I did was google each word I didn't understand individually to try and decipher my scan results.
Trying to become a 'self' medic is in a way a pointless exercise though as if you are anything like me you end up diagnosing yourself with some rare bubonic plague!
