thyroid test

Hello,
i am new , can someone help me,
i saw an endoc. dr. for profuse sweating problem,  he saw that my neck was very
swollen, he said my lymph nodes are swollen, he ordered blood test, 24 hr urine and
an ultrasound of the neck. my blood test all came back normal except my hemoglobin high 15.5
and hematocit high- 46 and  slt-low 13.
the ultrasound call back with multinodular goiter
impression - bilateral tiny hypoechoic nodules
right lobe shows 3mm nodule and the left lobe 2mm.
could these nodule cause profuse sweating?
will they test these for cancer or remove them?
thanks for you help.

These nodules alone should not cause sweating; if nodules will grow in a short time period, they can be evaluated for malignancy with FNAB [they must be larger then 1cm to qualify]
