Benign nodule doctor has percribed Levothyroxine - tightness of neck

Hello community,

I have a benign nodule (biopsy has confirmed this) and the doctor has put me on 50mcg Levothyroxine to shrink the nodule and my TSH levels are already quite low. He wants me to increase to 1 mcg in a couple of weeks but hesitant. Blood control in June is previewed.

I just started this treatment last week and I have developed this strange feeling almost like a tingling / tightness on the same side of my neck where the nodule is which is exasperated when I drink certain beverages For example, anything sparkling irritates my left side of the neck - this is just so strange.

Has anyone ever experienced this and what is your take on Levothyroxine to reduce the nodule.
