tyroid or perimneopause

I have menopause symptoms is what my doc says, I tend to think they are thyroid, I am on levoxyl 88 daily. In the last 3 years I had 3 sm periods but non otherwise and Ifelt pretty good. BUt now  I feel a heavy feeling in my chest and heart palpitaion quite often, My hair, eyes, nose and mouth are very dry I am experiencing an increase in hair lossand brstle hair. Some slight diahrea then slight consipation, typicall I have always been very normal. My short term memory on some days is quit bad, I have some dry spots of rashes but they always come in the same spots. I do have a cream from my doc for that. I have extreme hot sweats sometimed almost continually day and night then it might settle dawn for a few day to 6 to 10 a day or night. I lost 5 lbs.I am having a hard time with this but my doc says perinenopause. It seems exatly like when I went hyperthyroid which was from chemo forced which did kick in the menopause buthtat part seemed to be over sinc eperiod were pretty much done. Recently  My TSH was 0.810, T3 FREE 2.8, T4REE 1.66.  I ended up at the emergence room where my docs office told me to go but comfortingly enough I found it was not heart disease, which my dad had a serious problem with at my age. I am much healthier than he ever was though. I exersize almost daily and eat well and maintain my weight.and it does not good. My doc put me on HRT on the 12 of October and I have not missed a day.feeling well  I still have all the symptoms. Seems thyroid to me. ANy thought or suggestion would be helful. I have all my test which there are many results. TI just don't knowwhat to look at my doc says they are all fine. Thanksfor any thought or responces

Before assessing your test results we need to know if you took your thyroid med dosage before the blood draw for those tests.   If so what time of day for each?
