I'll apologize before I even start because I have to answer your question with a lot more questions...........
First off, can you post the lab's reference ranges for the T4 and T3, since these are lab specific. Secondly, are those Free T3 and Free T4 or are they total? If the lab report doesn't say Free by each one (or FT3/FT4), then they are total and pretty much obsolete/useless.
Third -- you said "I take my medication regularly", so I have to wonder if you have been previously diagnosed with a thyroid issue and are currently on thyroid med? If so, what med, what dosage and for how long?
You have the symptoms of hypothyroidism, so the answers to my questions are pretty important. If you are currently on a thyroid med, it's entirely possible that you need an increase - both your T4 and T3 seem awfully low, but without the lab's reference ranges, it's hard to tell. TSH is not a good diagnostic since it's a pituitary hormone.
The more information you can give us, the better we can answer your question.
maybe your free t3 is too low- that is the lab that links to symptoms. see if you can get a free t3 test- not just t3 or total t3 but FREE.
