Your symptoms and test results are kind of a mixed bag. The TG ab is a test for the autoimmune antibodies of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, so your result is positive for Hashi's.indicates Your somewhat low levels of FT4 and FT3 could indicate early stages of Hashi's, which can cause hypo symptoms like a couple you mention, but there is the also low TSH that is inconsistent with Hashi's. Also, some of your symptoms , along with the somewhat low TSH are sometimes associated with Graves' Disease. And further, several symptoms are sometimes associated with low cortisol.
I am not trying to confuse the situation here, just point out the various possible issues. So, I suggest that the best thing for you is to do even more testing, to rule in or out some of the potential problems. Specifically I suggest that you get a Thyroid Immunoglobulin test (TSI) to evaluate for Graves'. Also, I suggest that you get a cortisol test. The best for that is a diurnal saliva cortisol (Free cortisol) panel of 4 tests from different times of day; however, doctors typically won't order that and will only order a morning serum cortisol (total cortisol). Also, in view of your symptoms I suggest tests for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin.
If you can get those done, and then post results and reference ranges shown on the lab report we will be glad to help interpret and advise further.
