Does thyroid throw off your hormones?

Hi, I have hashimoto's and after having my baby last September have had nothing but problems. It doesnt make a lot of sense to me. My thyroid levels went from normal to hyper and then my dose was lowered and then I went severly hypo again. That was the first few months. Then, I stopped having periods and was diagnosed with PCOS. Thing is, my testerone is high, but my insulin is very low. Estrogen and progesterone were also low. Started me on bio-identical hormones and I have never felt worse. My thyroid levels seem ok, but testerone is still sky high. I also have been on a gluten free, lactose free diet and have lost weight in the last 8 weeks, but no change in hormones.
What should I do? Could my doctor be missing something? I am only about 30 lbs overweight. I have no other symptoms of PCOS either.

I actually do see 2 different specialist, intern and endo. I think it might be time to keep looking.

Your Free's are low normal and are probably way too low for you. This will cause your symptoms listed above of brain fog, confusion, etc.
You need to find a thyroid specialist.
Also wouldn't hurt to do a saliva complete hormone panel on yourself. You can order kits online.
What are they going to do about the high testosterone level? You need further testing.

After my doctor being a jerk to me, he finally said ok I will do an ultrasound on the adrenals. My TSH is :
TSH  1.4
T3    2.54
T4    1.09

Insulin   1.6 which is low
Estradiol     39
FSH           7.0
LH             11.0
Proclactin   5.3
Testerone Total    87.2  which is high

I have never done any salvia testing and everyone I see just keeps saying all is OK, but testerone.

I have severe brain fog, confusion, OCD, headaches....I started eating gluten free...

I have no reflief.....I need to see a new DR!!!!!

Did your doctor check your adrenals? Also what were your most recent thyroid lab results with ranges please? It is very important to keep your levels optimal when you have Hashi's. Your TSH should be supressed to below a .50-1.0, your free t4 should be mid range, and your free t3 should be at least mid normal range.
What type of testing did you have done for your hormones? Did you have both blood and saliva panels done?
