breast tingling

I have been on synthroid since the first part of September when I had part of my thyroid removed due to a nodule. I have never be regular and was told years ago that I had pcos but I have done nothing to treat it. For the past week or so I have been really tired and emotional. My breast......more of the left than the right has started tingling or getting a dull pang. I am not pregnant and I have no idea if is time for my period since I am sooo irregular anyway. My question is can thyroid surgery and meds cause hormonal changes in your body to the point that I would be feeling this aches and tingles and such?

Thyroid produces hormones which directly effect all other hormones - especially estrogen.  Yes, it could be hormonal.

That sounds very similar to mine. My nodule has been removed though so I don't know what could be compressing down on a nerve. I do find it interesting though that my nodule was on my left side and all my pangs, tingles and such are on my left side too.

I don't know if this is related but.....I have a nodule that I believe is compressing a nerve(s).  One nerve runs up to my larynx and the other runs down to my left breast.  It tingles and I get a dull ache, creepy feeling, on the breast and to the nipple.  The nerve is near the surface, below my collarbone, as I can press on it sometimes and duplicate the sensation. It could be a nerve causing you those symptoms.
