My Thyroid is ok or take some adwise.
My TSH level is 0.30 and My T4 is 7.60 and T3, total is 77.8. Should I meet a specialist.

What are the reference ranges for the T3 and T4? Reference ranges vary from lab to lab and need to come from your own report. Also, are they Free T3 and Free T4 or are they Total T3 and Total T4? They aren't the same tests.
Are you currently taking a thyroid hormone medication? If so, what medication, what dosage and how long have you been taking it?
