LOL         Tryptophan has be converted to serotonin before it puts you to sleep....... I didn't even try to avoid the turkey, because someone told me turkey would help me lose weight.... not so, if I eat it with gravy?  geez, now I'm crushed!!  

I wish I'd have known you were going to cover the gluten area; I might have foregone my share(s) of stuffing........ nah, probably not.... lol

My time zone is ahead of yours, so my holiday is over...... I'm off to bed; gotta sleep off the turkey, and who knows what's gonna happen with that gluten......

geez...   low thyroid and the tryptophan what a lethal dose of snooze patrol....   I tried avoiding the turkey but caved in.   For all of you who are gluten free,  dont worry, i ate enough for all of us.

I've already  had my feast, and a good one it was......... haven't hit the sofa yet though, as I still have another "Thanksgiving" dinner to get ready for on Sat.
