Hashimoto Disease

I just got blood work back and my thyroperox level is 123 (normal is below 9). Does this mean I have Hashimoto?

TPOab is an indicator of autoimmune thyroid disease.
It is not specific to Hashimoto's.

It can also be found in other autoimmune conditions in smaller concentrations.

You would have to rule out Grave's Disease by running a TSI antibody test, and develop a goiter or significant nodule or low thyroid hormones that require treatment before you are diagnosed with Hashimoto's.
