So what do you consider optimal?  Also, medication and dosage?  Vitamin D and ferritin levels?  Symptoms?  Are you aware of the effect of hypothyroidism on cerebral blood flow?

That's what I am asking .. EFFECTS of Hashimoto on c. Flow
I am unaware of any direct effect of Hashi's on cerebral blood flow; however, when Hashi's affects the thyroid gland enough that FT4 and FT3 levels are to0 low, then that can  cause hypothyroid symptoms, including low cerebral blood flow.

Why are you so reluctant to answer my questions, answers to which would enable us to better assess whether you are hypothyroid now, or not?

If being treated for thyroiditis, what is the medication and dosage?

Please post your latest thyroid related test results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report?  Even more important, please tell us about any symptoms you have.
