Hashimotos no meds but a little hyper???

My TPO level is 519 high, normal range is <35. My TSH is .93 and range for Hashimotos is 1.0-2.5. My T4 is 1.2, normal range .8-1.8. My T3 is 80, normal range 76-181. My endocrinologist said that I was leaning towards hyper, but no medication yet. All I know is that I feel soooooo terrible that I want to crawl in a hole and die. I don't feel hyper at all. I feel EXHAUSTED to the point where 50 espressos a day is my new diet. I have a 3 yr old and can barely wake up in the morning. I'm 5'2 105lbs, so I'm obviously not overweight. I get the worst Pms 10 days a month, I get hot flashes at 28 and EXTREME bloating. I just started getting anxiety with pms, which I've never had. My endo said my iron was low but I'm NOT anemic. She referred me to a hematologist to get an IV of iron next week. I don't have lupus, RA etc etc. I do have chronis sinusitis, asthma, allergies and gerd. I just want to feel energetic and healthy. Please someone help me :,( I really can't take feeling like this much longer.

What is the B12 result and the range?

A B12 level just above the high end is good. Mine is 1246 and the top of the range is in the 900s. A former GP told me that where one wants it to feel best.

TSH is within normal range.  Is that total or free T4/T3? Many find they need T4 and T3 to be in the mid to upper ranges to relieve hypothyroid symptoms.

There are many causes of high vitamin B12 levels but in the absence of supplementing, this is a potential red flag for active vitamin B12 deficiency. Other markers of vitamin B12 deficiency: elevated urinary methylmalonic acid (MMA), homocysteine and/or holotranscobalamin.

I added two posts on the causes of high vitamin B12 on another answer...
