Your doctor should be ordering periodic thyroid hormone labs that include Free T4, Free T3 and TSH. Do you have a copy of your most recent report? If so, it would be helpful if you could post the results for us so we can see what your actual status is. Be sure to include reference ranges with any lab results posted, since ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report(s).
Hashimoto's can present with periods of hyper or hypo, along with periods or normal in the early stages, so what you're feeling could be a slight hyper. I used to go through these stages before I went permanently hypo and quite often had, what I called "cold sweats" - where I would be kind of sweaty, but my skin felt cold when air hit it.
What, if any, other symptoms do you have?
Are you taking any replacement thyroid hormone medication(s)? If so, which one(s) and what dosage(s)? How long have you been on the medication(s)?
