Post Thyroidectomy problem

I had a total thyoridectomy 2 days ago I feel tingling in my lips, fingers, and feet. I also have muscle cramps in my arms. I am a bariactirc patient and I need to know what (if any) can I do to help myself. My calcium is very low also. Please give me some sound advice asap.  Thank you.

You need to take calcium and call the surgeon.  The low calcium is what is causing all of that.  If you cannot get in touch with them asap go to the ER.  I had my thyroid out last August, so I went through all of this.
