I recently had an ultrasound and they told me Limited assessment of the right cervical tissue demonstrates a heterogenous mass measuring 2.3x2.2x3.0 cm with several hypoecoic nodules and associated increased vascularity, consistent with an enlarged thyroid lobe. Also the right lobe of thyroid measures 2.4x2.1x4.0 cm. The right is heterogenous in appearance. Right thyroid lobe large heterogenous solid nodule/mass measuring 2.1x1.9x3.1 cm additional small cystic nodules within the right thyroid lobe, largest measuring 0.5cm
