Hyper and hypothyroid symptoms

For the past several months I have been experiencing symptoms of tachycardia- resting heart rate of 150's, constant sweating, insomnia, increase body temp, hand tremors, brittle nail/hair and headaches. I also have hypothyroid symptoms such as constipation, sluggish, forgetfulness, inability to concentrate and I have also gained 25 pounds in 2 months (not due to increase in intake), I also work out everyday and have a personal trainer. I had postpartum thryroiditis 3 years ago which I was told would resolve but I don't think ever really went away. I have had a fast heart rate > 100 since then. I had my labs done 3 weeks ago and they were: TSH<0.02; T4 2 (0.9-1.8) and T3 4.6 (2.3-4.2). I had my labs redone a couple days ago and my TSH is now <0.015 and T3 and T4 are WNL. I've had 2 normal thyroid ultrasounds in the past 3 years. My endo has no clue what is going on and I have read everything I can read both online and books. I work in the medical field (have a master's in nursing, working on DNP) no one seems to know what is going on with me or how to fix it. I am waiting on the TSI, thats the only antibody my endo ordered. I also have a history of SLE, only involving my joints. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What were your actual free t4 and free t3 results even though you said they are within normal limits?

It is rare, but some here have had Hoshimotos and Graves, I'm sure this would amaze doctors but it has happened.

Besides the constapation, other symptoms you mentioned look more hyper as you know.

"forgetfulness, inability to concentrate"- can be hypo or anxiety from hyper.

Your labs look a little hyper too. The T hormones, where those Free Ts? If not, thats what you need. I would suggest all thyroid antibody tests not just Graves TSI. TGab and TPOab.
