I also have a lot of acid reflux. I take zantac 300 before going to bed, it seems to help my stomach but that thing in my throat just wont go away... I feel like i have a sore throat alot also... i am always extremely tired, my arms hurt, cant put them behind my back , lowe back pain and now my left knee bothers me. I had an ultra sound and a catscan of the thyroid but nothing was found... i am always anxious and get angry really quick..... i don't know what else to do, please help

Sounds like inflammation of the thyroid or Toxycosis.
You dont say if you have been tested for an autoimmune disorder or whether you have Graves/Hashi's/Hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism.
A bit more info would be great.
