HELP Fingers tingling - CALCIUM??

Hi, didn't get many responses to my last post but I picked up on another thread that seemed to possibly answer my questions about the 'weird' sensations in my arms and fingers.  It is like tingling and pain own both arms with my finger tips being very sensitive.
If I am reading this other thread right, I need to get some calcium and vit D into me??  But how much?? I am going out later to shop so will get some but is there a right/safe dosage?
Please help as I really need to get this feeling under control and get my fingers working again - I am soooooooo busy this week!!
Thanks again
J x

I have a multi calcium, mag and zinc pill, and the cod liver oil pill is 400 I think.

try those and see if they work. I also added to my tingling post something you might want to check out.

Thanks.

Hi, I saw the topic of your post and couldn't help but note that I think Vitamin B-12 deficiency also causes a tingling feeling in the arms/hands...if you think you might not be getting enough of this, try taking a Vitamin B complex every day to see if this helps. A good amount of people with thyroid problems tend to have issues with B-12, so I've heard just from reading this forum, and you might fall into this group.

Just a thought. It can't hurt to take extra Vitamin B, anyway, because you'll just pee it out! =)
