My notes:
1) the goiter presses on voice nerves, not vocal cords
2) waiting 15 years before taking action is not a good idea
3) I am sure that her students are calling her goiter "Madam's apple"

She mentioned hypothyroidism, but didn't indicate any medication or if she has Hashi's.

I have to wonder why she made the video; she seems very uninformed about thyroid issues and even less interested in learning about them.
