thyroid med's

Is there a medical chart somewhere that will tell you the difference between mcg and mg.  I was on .125mg and am now on 88mcg.  I don't think that I've ever been on the same dose for any length of time since 1990 when I was diagnosed with Graves.  What I'm looking for is a conversion chart.  My mother is hypo and her med's change every appointment also.  We live in a small town with no endo.  Sucks.  I feel like I'm back on the original roller coaster.  Sweating, nervous, moody, hair thinning.  I want to start somewhere, so I need to try and understand what the doctor's are giving me.  I had an endo in New Orleans, but Katrina took care of that, (stress, yes I know) and I've been living at home in GA for the past 2 years.  I did have RAI treatment in 1990.  I'm 5'8 and weight 120 on a good day.  I had a goiter when I got here 2 years ago and had lost about 20 pounds (weighed just over 100).  Should I make a long trip to the endo?

Move the decimal point of the mg. three points to the right will equal mcg.

Example.  .1 mg     three places to the right = 100 mcg
.125 mg three places to the right = 125 mcg
.088 mg  three places to the right =  88 mcg

They are the same dose just in different measurements.

For long trip to an endo.? you didn't post your levels to these med. dose changes for comments.
