Stella baby.. I remembered you this evening and I used my 2lb handweights do to a wonderful slow 'pretending to be swimming in a lovely fresh water lake workout' I am very cranky with you..... first of all it's the middle of bloody winter here...where the heck am I going to get a lovely fresh water lake without freezing my bits off? My imagination can only stretch so far! And secondly....I totally forgot to watch TV show I had been waiting for all week!
BUT! The good thing was, I was thinking....Oh I am going to be trim taut and terrific by 26th August....actually no I wasn't.. I was thinking....this is really hard....but dammmit.....( I put 3 m's so the auto-bleeper doesn't delete it!) I am tired of being podgy...I haven't been wolf whistled in ages....so one more lap of the lake and then I stopped. ( and BTW my pics show a skinny faced girl but my tummy and butt show a different story!)

Oh Red, you are hysterical! Stella, only 18lbs to go, you can do it (please share your secrets as to why only 18 to go as I need to drop about 40!) Seriously though, you have a goal, try something that you haven't tried before. Maybe swimming? Biking? How about getting a pedometer and trying to walk 10,000 steps per day? Just some ideas. Also try to imagine what having two ferrets fighting in a hessian sack on your behind looks like! Too funny.
