Is it possible to have mixed symptoms of hyper and hypo at the same time?

Hello everyone...as many of you know, I had my TT on August 4th, 2009 and am just about 6 weeks post op.  I have been amazingly good about following "the rules" of taking my Synthroid 112mcg around 5 a.m. each day, empty tummy, full glass of water etc.  I don't take my calcium or fiber until 8 hours after my Synthroid.  Here is what is going on:
First week post-op I felt GREAT!  Second week post-op I was tired.  Third week post-op I felt normal...like pre-surgery euthyroid state.  In the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing day to day changes between serious fatigue in the morning with average energy throughout the day then I will have a a day or two of strong energy, happy, ready to get out and about and pretty frisky overall.  This can be days back to back.  The skin on my torso area - back, chest, neck, face, shoulders are oily and breaking out...while my arms and legs are dry.  My scalp itches constantly but, my hair loss has slowed the last 2 weeks.  The days I am fatigued, I have pain in my joints and cannot sit for too long without feeling like a wadded up piece of paper.  Then the next day...I am ready to run and feel great.  Okay...now we get personal > I have gas...and am constipated.. I have had mild symptons for years but, now it is different.  Lower GI feels irritated, bloated and even burns inside.  It is not that the stool is hard rocks, it is just like nothing is moving down there; paralysis of the colon.  I have taking fiber each even before I go to bed for about 5 weeks...something that is new in my routine from pre-surgery.  Here in Baku, the doctor thinks I am still adjusting and that the day to day fluctuations are normal and to check back in 8 more weeks.  I don't have my numbers and they cannot test Frees here but...results read to me were slightly below T3 range, T4 within range, TSH within range and Calcium level good.
So, is this "normal" 6 weeks post op?  Any suggestions on what the GI issue could be...this is the worst part of all the swings.  Any suggestions on how to treat the GI symptoms?  Thanks for the insights!!!!

I agree with Totie.
And yes it is possible to have 'crossover' symptoms...both hyper and hypo.
Patience is something we all LEARN....I'm afraid we arent born with it lol.

I went through that after my TT. It did take a year to get my dosage to where it needed to be.

You will have to have patience, some more patience, and most of all A LOT of patience.

Hang in there, it will level out.
