Is it time?

Hashimotos diagnosed 3 years ago... increases and decreases in Synthroid the whole time..

I have been on 88mcg Synthroid for 42 days = 6 weeks.. Will my labs indicate if this dosage is good for me now?
I want to make sure it is enough time because my doc doesn't have me coming back until December 17th ughhh...

my last labs: (my new doctor doesn't do Free T3 unless you are hyper but i know from history that i don't have a conversion issue)

TSH 69 (0.60 - 3.30)
FT4 0.82 (0.71 - 1.40)

Symptoms still hypo for the most part, I've had "episodes" of hyper off and on but overall hypo symptoms:

Tired
Goiter feeling
hair loss
muscle cramps
joint pain

Is 6 weeks enough time to call and get labs taken?

My levels are all jacked up because of my last doc taking me off my medicine for 3 weeks because he thought i had postpartum thyroiditis.. which is why my FreeT4 is low, it actually is BETTER than it was.

I have never had a reverse T3 done.

My Free T3 has always fluctuated in harmony with my TSH and Free T4 "which is why i say it is "normal" It has been up and down and all over the place along with my TSH and Free T4 within the "norm range" as my TSH and Free T4 has fluctuated so has my Free T3, there seems to be no discrepancy with the fluctuations together...

What is normal for me? who knows? somewhere with a very fine line on the ever so referenced "normal range"

My main question was if 6 weeks on Synthroid was enough time for my labs to accurately indicate where i'm at...

Your Free T4 should be mid normal range....its a little low. Have you had a reverse T3 test done to make sure you aren't pooling your T3?  When you say your Free T3 was normal, what wast he actual number??
With Hashi's, normal doesn't mean normal.
Yes 6 weeks is long enough to get labs done.
