How do u know if its a thyroid storm?

had thyroid radiated 3 months ago. 2 weeks ago started horrible headaches heart palpatations  fever, feel like im detoxing from methadone, TSH level .006. feel worse everyday, started tapazole 2 days ago, can never get a hold of my endo, when is it time to go to the hospital?

Thanks for the advise, things worked out except now my TSH is 120 which is down from 241. Have a new endo that gets back to me immedietly. Gone from feeling like im on crack to feeling so fatigued and depressed. so frusrated and angry. sorry for whining. Anyways, apreciated your advise.

Did you call and set an appointment to go in and see your endo? I wouldn't waste time trying to get a doctor to call you...I would go directly to the office if you cannot get through. Have you checked your pulse to see if you are running high?
