Help with test results

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia several years.  Recently I noticed some hair loss, very dry skin, very constipated and very cold...all the symptoms of hypo.  I had been tested several times but always was normal.  When my ears started ringing constantly the dr. ordered another blood test including the antibody test.  I started taking 25mg of levothyroxin last week.  These are my test results.  What do they mean?

thyroblobulin AB <20
peroxidase AB 86.5
free T4 1.03
TSH 2.00

You test negative for TGab- good.
You test positive for TPOab- not good.
Your free tsh is a LITTLE low
Your TSH is...being ignored

TPOab is indicative of an auto-immune disease such as Hashimoto's, but your number is low, which is good. Your T4 needs a little augmenting, so you are on a low dose of T4.

Your TSH is hard to comment on, other than to say your's must be a little high. Most people run between 0.8 and 1.8. If you are used to a TSH of 1.0 or less, then 2.0 is high enough to give you symptoms.

The TPOab may be present because of the fibromyalgia.

Assuming you have Hashimoto's would be a mistake.
It may be thyroiditis.

You should keep a close eye on the bloof levels for a few months, testing every four-six weeks for several months.

You are being treated "at the drop of the hat" compared to most others, probably because of your symptoms and your other health problem. Most patients would not be getting replacement hormones with your test results.

The situation may or may not resolve itself. An ultrasound would help tell the rest of the story.
