You are one very warm and loving human being.
I have never heard of it but good on you!
It would make a big difference to the Locks For Love Program.

P.S
Congrats on the no cancer verdict! Great News!
You're sweet.
How wonderful for you to do what you did and to share that with us here.
Thanks for posting
What a great way to share in your great news. It makes me want to do good things for others also. I just found out yesterday that my nodules weren't cancer after having surgery on the 7th. You are an inspiration. Jackie
How inspirational!! My eldest daughter had leukemia when she was 3 1/2 and so for 2+ years, she was without hair, so I know exactly how what you just did - helps!! I still remember the moment when the first fistfuls came out in my hands. You've put in my mind that I should be thinking about giving back --- esp now that she is a young teen and the trauma if she were to lose her hair now would be horrendous. I think in the UK alone every day - 13 teenagers are told they have cancer. Big hugs! : ) ps so very happy for you that you've got the all clear!! Cheers with a cuppa from England!
Thank you all I do feel very satisfied and I want to show my kids that even the smallest gesture goes a long way so they are going trough their stuff and donating it to needy families.
Well done!!! That was really nice of your, Keep up the positive attitude!
Hugs, Jen!
My daughter and I have both donated to Locks for Love. The beauty shop I went to suggested it when I wanted to go from long hair to short hair several years ago. It just gives you a nice feeling when you know you're doing something good for someone.
It does feel great I am used to donating blood and now this hair thing felt just great! Not too mention I got a hip haircut that my husband loves and says I look younger!
